Frequently asked questions

How long does this take?

Most POs are reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day. You'll get a confirmation email when we've processed it.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, photo (PNG, JPG), Excel (XLS, XLSX), CSV, plain text, or .eml email files. Up to 25 MB. POs that include our official SKUs are processed fastest.

Can I edit my PO after submitting?

Once you submit, our team takes over. If you need to add or change items, please call 440-248-5858 or email orders@americanbassusa.com and bob@americanbassusa.com referencing your PO. We'll update the draft on our end.

What if you can't read my PO?

If we can't match all line items, we'll email you the lines we couldn't identify and ask for clarification. Including our SKUs on your PO avoids this.
